Currently we can accept Visa and Mastercard via telephone or email. We can also accept Check, Money Order, and Paypal. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and payments will be processed in Canadian dollars.Refunds
If you are not satisified with your purchase we will make a full refund of the cost of the book once it has been returned to us. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving book to arrange for return. If we have made an error we will also pay the cost of return shipping.Shipping
Feb.4/13 Due to recent changes in shipping options via Canada Post we are no longer able to offer the surface mail option to the United States.
We ship immediately upon receipt of payment and charge shipping at actual cost
Our standard default shipping rates at checkout are based on a package weighing between 500 g / 1.1 lb. and 1 kg / 2.2 lb. sent by uninsured mail. If you require expedited shipping or insurance please contact us for a quote. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to uninsured packages.
For smaller items we will reduce the shipping cost to the appropriate level and charge your credit card the lesser amount. For larger items we will notify you of any increased shipping cost prior to charging your credit card. We will never charge you more than the default rate without prior authorization.
If you are paying by some method other than credit card, such as Paypal, please contact us first for an exact quote on shipping costs rather than using the shopping cart checkout. Sample Shipping Costs for Non-standard Packages

Packages over 1 kg to the United States will vary depending on weight and destination. We will give you a quote for the shipping cost if the book(s) exceed 1kg. Packaging
All books are adequately packaged and protected to prevent damage in shipping. We recycle as much as we can and may use clean recycled packaging materials for your shipment.Rain Check Policy
We list only books that we have in stock but occasionally may run out of a title. It may take us a week or so to restock. Sometimes the publisher is reprinting a title and it may not be available for quite a while. We try to give notice of this in the book description. If we do not have the book available at the time you order we will let you know immediately and provide the book at the same price when it is available.
